About the Owner
Matt, the owner of Creative Solutions LI, has been perfecting his craft since his teenage years, working alongside caulking professionals and learning the trade from the ground up. His dedication and skill led him to become a proud Local 1 Union Stone Mason, where he specialized in masonry caulking.
Over the years, Matt has contributed his expertise to some of New York’s most iconic landmarks — including Madison Square Garden, Lincoln Center, the World Trade Center, and the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge (formerly the Tappan Zee Bridge) — as well as countless high-end projects across Manhattan and Long Island.
Today, he brings that same level of precision, pride, and professionalism to every residential and commercial project through Creative Solutions LI, ensuring each job is done with integrity and built to last.
